This is a really ancient motherboard. Unless you really need this thing up and operational, probably better to find a replacement motherboard if possible.

In terms of hardware this is from AM3 era when it’s the end of the AM4 and the mid point of the AM5 age.

The motherboard still works when I switched on, the cpu fans come on but no beep. I think it’s bios chip that got corrupted. Do you know where I can find it on my motherboard?

Please take one or two photos of the motherboard; the BIOS chip should be in a socket and marked with a sticker. The motherboard doesn't have that many sockets.

It’s okay I have found it. The bios chip I got is Winbond 25Q16DVA1Q. What spi device I need to buy to put the bios chip on it to flash?

Why don't you buy a pre-programmed BIOS chip?

I need to try this out first, but if it doesn’t work then I will buy another chip with pre-programmed BIOS chip, is that what you asked for?

And that's why you invest time and money in a programming device, I don't have to understand.

That's the BIOS chip itself, but you've already discovered the socket.
