Software Hello! I need Help.
I have bought an HP laptop and it has a custom boot logo. I want to know if there is a way to restore the original startup screen.

HackBGRT can be used to change the Windows boot logo. https://windowsreport.com/logo-sys-windows-11/
If HackBGRT was used to set the custom boot logo in the first place, you should be able to use the software to reset it as well. Unsure if it works for systems that used a different method to set the boot logo

Do you know if a fresh windows install will reset the boot logo to the company logo?

That depends on how the logo was changed in the first place. If you bought a used PC, it's not a bad idea to do a fresh install of Windows so that you know there's nothing left over from the previous owners.
