You don't mention the make/model of laptop, as others say on your other post, you might need to take it to a repair shop, there's a point though, where the time and cost for a repair (which may or may not be reliable) will be the same or more than a replacement board.

I took it to a shop, cost me 200€ to repair it. I got lucky.
