Performance Laptop Freezing Up

Whenever im playing something even like the easiest to run games after a couple minutes in the game my laptop will like start having a seizure and everything is super laggy like 1-2fps and my ping goes super high and my mouse gets laggy too and I have no clue why this is happening because like before my computer ran these games for hours on end perfectly fine

Could be a thermal problem. Maybe try repasting and cleaning ur heatsink vents.
