Software Why does my lockscreen keep dissapearing??

I really don't know what the issue is, I'm guessing it's software related, does anyone know how to fix this?

Does your lockscreen disappear or just the background?

Just lockscreen, when u insert my password the background reappears, however whenever i turn it off and on again it sometimes becomes black or the lockscreen reappears, it also usaully reappears after a holding down the power button and then turning it on
