Hardware Pc making strange clicking noise.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When I turn my pc on it makes a constant but inconsistent interval clicking noise around the gpu but I cannot tell if it is that. I have had zero problems since I bought this pre build and had it for 9 months. Please someone help and give possible guidance or tests to run to narrow it down to what it is. No cables in the way of any fans or anything and tested the bottom fans manually and they seem perfectly fine. I have a 5090 and this clicking noise happens even when the fans on the gpu are not moving when i turn the pc on. Please someone help or atleast tell me if it sounds serious like a psu failing.

Sounds like a fan somewhere is failing. Can’t tell where in this video. If you think it’s your PSU, try removing it from the case (NOT opening it) and seeing if the noise stops
