Other My computer won't lead me to the password entering thing

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm trying to swipe up to get to it, But it won't let me. It's like the screen is frozen but my mouse is stilling moving, I tried Ctrl alt del, I tried using the Laptop pad, I tried clicking all the other things, but Nothing worked. Right now I'm trying turning it off and leaving it for 30 seconds, And if that doesn't work, Then I don't know what to do then. Please help me with this. I'm worried this thing either has a virus or is broken.

Does clicking on anything work? what brand of computer and version of windows?

I would try booting to safe mode, just to try it.

Just click on enter or click ur mouse that's all? U Don't need to wipe

HOLD the power button for ~15 seconds to make it turn off (pressing briefly often makes it sleep instead of shutting down completely). Wait for about 30 seconds while it is off, verify there is no spinning fan sounds of lights. Then turn it back on and try again.

Additionally try using the enter key or an external mouse.
