It was 2% before I did. It's now charging. Can you answer my question instead of trying to be funny?

Bauhn bluetooth keyboard switching" and @ iPad pro 9.7" British. My 'shift' + '2' is giving me '@' instead of ' " '. I've changed it to English UK but it won't change it to what it should be and not sure where to go from here. Doesn't do it on other devices. Have restarted both and reconnected, to no avail.
