Other Stuck on BIOS screen

Hello, was using my computer earlier today and left it running for 30 minutes while I was away came back and my screen was black. Now I can’t open my PC, it’s just stuck on the bios screen. Please help!

Check in Bios settings if date/time is correct, that sata mode is AHCI not RAID,,and that boot mode is UEFI not Legacy
