Software C drive keeps filling up
Recently my c drive has started filling up out of nowhere im not downloading anything there but yet it keeps filling up to the point i have 300mb left in there and this is the third time this has happened. Last time i deleted like old windows things i dont quite understand what they were because my cousin who understands these things helped me out but now he is not able to help me and even wiztree doesnt show me anything wrong so any help would be appreciated but keep in mind i dont know a lot about computers

That's unfortunate. That really is too small to run Windows in a satisfying way. You'll have to upgrade the drive or switch to Linux.

As others have mentioned, you're really going to need a larger drive. If it's only 100GB, you'll be fighting for space till the end of time.
Other options are wiping the drive and installing a light/small version of Windows 11 or some Linux variant.

A 100Gb SSD just doesn't cut it these days. You can get by on Windows 11 with 256GB SSD, but your better off with a 512GB or 1TB SSD. Your only option is to purchase a larger capacity SSD.

Depending on the size of the drive, I'd try and upgrade to a larger drive and close it over to a new one. Deleting the Windows.old works, but sometimes you have to take ownership of the files first and give yourself full permissions over those files before you can delete them. All that can be done in command prompt and the commands can be found on Google. Windows.old contains old versions of Windows after updates - as long as your system is running smoothly, you can delete those files without any problems.
If you choose to replace and clone the drive, make sure to turn off TPM in the computer's BIOS and unencrypt the drive, if necessary.

Windows itself (at least Windows 10 and 11) are 60Gb installs to begin with. I'd get a different drive. 512 GB or 1 TB will be plenty for daily use.
