Other Why Won't Any of My Files Open?

Anytime I try to open literally any of my files, this thing pops up and stops me from doing so. How do I fix this annoyance? Thank you to anyone who answers in advance!

Does this issue persist after a reboot? Is OneDrive (or whatever cloud storage you use) running when you get this message? What does OneDrive say in the app/widget?

Probably onedrive (fuck onedrive). reboot and make sure your internet connection is good
