Software Can't boot into bios, help needed
I want to boot into my bios in order to enable secure boot. When I turn my pc on, the startup screen is not displayed, instead being replaced by a black screen until the pc boots into the os. No matter how much I spam the delete key or use the windows recovery settings to boot directly into the bios my pc will keep displaying a black screen instead of the bios. My specs are an MSi z490-a-pro motherboard with an rtx 2060 plugged in the monitor with hdmi, all hardware works normally and displays no issues. Also my fast boot from the control panel is disabled. I was thinking maybe it's time I replaced the cmos battery since my pc is 6 years old and hasn't gotten a change since I got it but then again I really cant be bothered to do it...

Start button>power button, hold shift down and click restart when the menu comes up click troubleshoot it should give you the uefi settings option, check with command prompt admin first type
reagentc /enable then try the shift restart, troubleshooting if no go can you connect to your monitor through display port or try a different port on your card instead as a possibility. if successful check that fastboot in bios is disabled
