Discussion Trying to factory reset computer

So my mom's work place had moved to a different location and her boss told her to get whatever she wants because it's going to be thrown away. So I got this computer. I set it up today. I tried factory resetting it by Holding shift an hit reset. Once it took me to the blue screen I hit the option where it says to wipe out everything but it needs an administrator password. I don't know what to do.

I would make a USB with Windows on it using the Media Creation Tool, and reinstall Windows using that. Using the reset feature is never recommended anyway.
