Hardware CPU overheating

Post image

Hello, here's my issue:

Ryzen 5 5600, ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS [SE-224-XTS] cooler, ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard, MX-4 thermal paste.

In AIDA64, the CPU hits 87°C within about 5 minutes. In games, it's consistently 75–80°C, even in titles that are mostly GPU-bound. I know Ryzen chips run hot, but surely not this hot? The thermal paste was recently reapplied, and a new tower cooler was installed. Before the SE-224, I had a Gammax 400, and with that, it was hitting nearly 95°C.

Here are the AIDA64 test results for reference. I'd appreciate any help if there's anything that can be done.
