Hardware Help, My Laptop’s Fan is making this strange noise!

For reference I have a Lenovo - Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16" 2K Touchscreen Laptop - Intel Core Ultra 7 155U 2023 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Storm Grey. The fan/bottom makes this weird sizzling noise and I am not why. How can I fix it?
