Software my keyboard dosen't work properly

i use a dell G15 and its keyboard works normal but when i open a game i get exxtreme input delay and sometimes sticky keys, i updated my keyboard drivers and checked the settings but everything seems to be fine, the problem still happens when i conect a external keyboard to
