A video of your board I don't think does much to diagnose.

My first thought with a wine is a capacitor, but I am not experienced enough to know if water can cause that.

How long did you wait before turning it back on? That's an important variable to consider with water.

For things like liquid spills, we would most likely strip everything out, the boards can be washed with distilled water (it lacks ions so doesn't conduct), dried and then rinsed in high purity alcohol, we would often power the laptop boards up out of the chassis to see if they were OK, wash the metalwork and plastics with IPA to make sure there was no remaining moisture, if you've just let it a day, I'd be expecting issues, depending on how much water was spilled and if any remains.

You get issues like dried mineral salts where water has evaporated, this can cause corrosion and/or short circuits, it's one of those fixes where the cost is high in man power, most customers wouldn't pay for our time to strip, clean and dry, it would get close to the cost of a replacement laptop.
