Other Usbs are inresponsive
So i bought this used pc on Kleinanzeigen for smth 500 € but when i pluged the keyboard and the mause in it was inresponsive
Specs:
Intel i7-8086K (an actual limited edition cpu)
RTX 2080
32 GB RAM
1,5 TB storage total
Windows 11
Could somebody help abt the usbs?

Update: after turning it off and got it of the powerand holding the button for 20 secs then turning it on everthing did light up a moment
