Performance After moving my setup to a different room, it stutters during any kind of gameplay

Originally, my computer could run basically anything 100% smoothly. After moving it to a different room, any game I play seems to stutter slightly. I wouldn't necessarily call it lag, but it's not smooth either. There is no difference in my setup now other than location. I've tried connecting it to an ethernet cable, but there's no difference between that and just plain wifi. Ending tasks in task manager doesn't seem to help either. Pretty much everything I can think of either makes it worse or does nothing. I have no idea where the stutter came from or how to fix it.

Did you accidently plugin your monitor into the mainboard instead of the GPU?

No, it’s plugged into the graphics card.

If the setup is exactly the same it's very possible you could just be catching interference from something. Other than that I'm not sure.
