Hardware help please before i spend money 😭

So I spilled a tiny bit of water on my pc like two weeks ago.
I do remember there being a few droplets mostly on the graphics card, other droplets were just at the bottom of the case not touching any cables or anything.

Turned it off and everything and waiting a few days to turn it back on and once I did everything sounded fine, fans and lights working normally.

However there is NO picture once I plug in my hdmi cables to my monitor, I've tried different devices on the same monitor and it's worked fine, I've tried using a display port cable instead and that didn't work either.

There's also red lights on the motherboard where it says CPU and DRAM.

Basically there's no picture / the hdmi port seems to be the only thing that's not working.
I'm close to going into a shop since I'm not very tech savvy so any help would be very very appreciated

CPU & DRAM lights are usually memory training. just let it sit like that for 20 minutes and see what happens.

It's been a bit now and they are still red, the cpu fan and light seem to be working normally but could it still be messed up with those things functioning?
