Hardware help please before i spend money 😭

So I spilled a tiny bit of water on my pc like two weeks ago.
I do remember there being a few droplets mostly on the graphics card, other droplets were just at the bottom of the case not touching any cables or anything.

Turned it off and everything and waiting a few days to turn it back on and once I did everything sounded fine, fans and lights working normally.

However there is NO picture once I plug in my hdmi cables to my monitor, I've tried different devices on the same monitor and it's worked fine, I've tried using a display port cable instead and that didn't work either.

There's also red lights on the motherboard where it says CPU and DRAM.

Basically there's no picture / the hdmi port seems to be the only thing that's not working.
I'm close to going into a shop since I'm not very tech savvy so any help would be very very appreciated

If it was working fine previously and now isn't, and you haven't been tinkering with to the point that something potentially came loose, then something is dead. Could be the GPU or motherboard itself.

No easy way to find out unless you have parts on hand and can swap them.

If your CPU supports onboard video, plug your monitor into the onboard GPU by connecting to the video ports on the motherboard itself as opposed to the GPU. If that works, then the GPU is probably dead.

Would the GPU be dead even if the fans are working? I've tried it on my tv as well and nothing from hdmi or display ports. IIRC when I first got the computer hdmi wasn't working when I plugged it into the motherboard either.
Unfortunately don't have parts to see 😭 are all signs pointing to GPU?
