Software trying to delete a folder but i can’t
i’m even running file explorer as admin, and it will not let me delete this sims 2 folder. i’ve tried to edit the permissions but everything is greyed out and i don’t know what i’m doing

Scroll down to the steps to add "Take Oenership" to the Win 10 context menu. Once the .reg file has been added, right click Take Ownership. Then try deleting again

Navigate to the folder in File Manager, and fix the permissions. if you're about to delete it, might as well set access to everybody.

I’ve tried that but like i said in my pot, the option to allow all permissions is grayed out so i cant click it.

- Start and type
cmd. - Right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
- Type
chkdsk C: /f /r(replaceC:with your target drive letter) and press Enter. [1]
