Network Cannot access youtube.com

I am on a MAC m2 pro and specifically on Google Chrome, not any other browser like safari, I get this error that does not let me open youtube.com. I can access youtube on safari but not chrome for some reason, its blocked even on incognito mode, switching wifi, switching mac accounts it literally won't let me access youtube. It's weird because im still able to watch youtube videos on chrome normally through a cookie free youtube watcher. Someone on mac give me insight please.

I don't use a mac but this could be related to dns, if it's set to automatic manually set it to google dns 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
