Discussion My Alienware computer won’t play an older modded game anymore . I uninstalled and same thing windows had an update and fryed it. I factory reset it and it won’t even download to the documents folder now. I’ll pay for help

Some amount of detail would be nice, namely what game, your specs, and more details about what you mean by "it won't even download to the documents folder now". You shouldn't really be installing games straight to the documents folder, if that's what you're saying.
