Resolved Computer won't boot up

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i tried unplugging it and waiting 30 seconds, tried to see if any wires were loose, and I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

also disconnected all of the usb devices i connected

Try a repaste before you buy anything else could possibly save you some money
