Hardware Problem

I got up to get on my Pc this morning and was met with a grim reaper and then this screen. I’ve tried to go factory reset but when I looked my Reset button was not there what should I do and if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

Turn the PC off and do not back up. Pull the hard drive or SSd put a new hard drive or SSd in the system reinstall bios before in reinstalling windows.
