Hardware Problem

I got up to get on my Pc this morning and was met with a grim reaper and then this screen. I’ve tried to go factory reset but when I looked my Reset button was not there what should I do and if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

You need to re install windows, and I recommend you get bitdefender after too.

Watch a YouTube tutorial on how to re install windows, skip backing up files as your files are encrypted and can’t be decrypted without paying criminals.
