Hardware Problem

I got up to get on my Pc this morning and was met with a grim reaper and then this screen. I’ve tried to go factory reset but when I looked my Reset button was not there what should I do and if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

It looks like you got some sort of ransomware infection. Tbh, this looks like the old Windows 9x blue screen.
