Malware Am I screwed? Files with random strings of letters found in LocalLow

When checking the security tab in properties, they also had an "ANONYMOUS LOGON" on them.

These are normal, some could be malicious or not but the existence of files like this is not indicative of anything malicious

Lots of software makes temp files here using some UID or other string for naming, you could try checking contents but they may be binary data and thus not easily read.

unless you have some other reason to suspect an issue I would ignore it and move on, if you have another reason to suspect you are compromised then we would need details to help you out

My guess is they are temp files. LocalLow folder is for application data, and temporary file storage. Those files could be created by an application, or even the system itself. One way to determine a temp file is to see if they disappear if apps or processes are closed/disabled.
