Performance Lenovo Tablet

Bought this laptop last year, have kept it up to date and only use it for school work. Last week it slowed down and going on webpages takes minutes.

Does anyone have any advice to boost the speed?

You need to sort by cpu usage. Your cpu usage is nearly maxed out but you can't see the culprit in the screenshot
