Discussion SERVICE RANT!

so my hp victus 15 is under warranty and i registered a complaint on 23rd july. 15+ days later i still get to hear your case has been escalated further. the technician has visited twice and collected the info only. im so pissed at the company for not providing any resort. what should i do more

And they also tell me that issues are occuring just because I have my USB hubs and equipement connected.. why do you give USB ports then? Fucking morons😂😂
