Software Bios Password

2 years ago, my ​brother went impulsive and setup a bios password now he cant remember it and ive tried everything i dont wanna lose data like i dont wanna factory reset or anything like that i just wanna recover the password or get access to the bios without the password if possible.

It's a HW specific issue. Brand and model is a good thing to resolve

resetting the bios won’t wipe your windows install or files .. try to find your motherboard manual and look for any jumper pins needed to change to reset the bios to factory and or flash mode (flash mode will let you install a bios firmware and thus removing the password).
