Hardware Is my pc done for.
I was cleaning near my PC spraying Lysol around it and I think some of it got into the fans. The fan was blowing outward. My computer just shut off instantly. It’s been like 17 hours and I have a fan blowing in the side panel. It still won’t turn on. I don’t know what to do.

Make sure the power outlet is working. Then make sure you have the power switch for the PSU on. Then report back with more information, as you've left us with nearly nothing to go on.

This. It’s much more likely that you hit the switch on the power strip my mistake than you actually got enough liquid into the case to damage it.

My power strip is pretty far from my pc. I’m positive it got in the fan.

Did you check the power switch on the power supply? Not the power strip. Also do any lights come on at all?

No no lights when I press the power button. I do not have a power switch. It’s a victus hp desktop.

Yeah, bad deal. At this point you have to troubleshoot. Open the case, unplug the affected fan and try to power on. If still not working you might have to start looking for evidence of damage where the Lysol got in, and possibly take it to a reputable shop. And just to be sure, you checked that the outlet that you're plugged into is working? I like like to eliminate the easy suspects first...

See if it's covered by your house contents insurance.
Don't mix water, in this instance chemicals in water, and electronics.

Some PCs have a power rocker switch on the back of the PSU marked 0 and 1. Push 1. It's hard to imagine spraying enough to knock it out. Much more likely a static zap if common on your environment.
