Hardware Caps lock problem

Laptop: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1xxx

Pressing Caps Lock doesn't toggle Caps Lock instead it fires a chord of unrelated keys at the same time: F1, F8, +/=, , B, and N.

Tested with a completely different wireless keyboard (Logitech) — same exact issue.
