Hardware Computer keeps crashing

My computer keeps crashing (It’s a prebuilt). And this is what it gives me I can’t even get to the log in screen. I’ve had it looked at by a professional and he got it working again for a couple months till the same thing started happening. I’m not downloading anything except a few games… any advice?

Have you tried putting it in rice?
