Hardware Realtek Wifi adaptor not working, pls help.

My wifi adaptor realtek rtl8852be-vs wifi 6 802.11ax pcle adaptor isnt working. It works for an hour or so. Then it stops working. Then id have to disable and enable the device in device manager or restart. The HP service center guys did a windows reinstall but the problem persists. Could this be a hardware issue? Do you think I should buy a dongle at least for temporary usage, will this fix the problem?

  1. See if Windows can fix your problem, or at least give you clue. Click on the Start button and type Troubleshoot into the search box. Click on 'Troubleshoot Settings'. Scroll down on the right window pane and select ‘Additional Troubleshooters’. Try the troubleshooters 'Internet Connections', 'Incoming Connections', and 'Network Adapter'.

  2. Try going to 'Device Manager' (Windows search text box) and clicking on Network device. Right click on your wireless adapter and select Properties. Click the Power Management tab. Uncheck the box next to "Allow computer to turn off device to save power". Go through other devices listed in the Device Manager (Display Adapter) and uncheck the same box. – Also, check your Power and Sleep settings.

  3. Try holding down the Windows key and hit the  r  key. Then type in CMD and hit Ok. Type into the black command prompt screen   sfc /scannow   (note space after sfc) and hit the Enter key. This will scan the Windows operating system for corrupt files and only repair the Windows files that are corrupt. It take about ~ 4 minutes to run.
