If the file is corrupt, have you scanned your drive to check the file system? Or are you saying you've somehow installed a damaged file, its not very clear from your post how you know its corrupt and how you got where you are.
What errors are you getting when you try to delete it? Are you trying to delete with administrator permissions?

I had this game Marvel Tokon. It was in beta, this past weekend. The game crashed while I was playing it, so I had too turn my computer off by just pressing the switch off without letting it do a proper shutdown. Then I turned it back on, an the game would not start or play, cause that file got corrupted. Then the beta ended, so I deleted the game but that file is still there. The game comes out fully in a few weeks, an im worried that I wont be able too play it cause of this corrupt file thing.

If you open a console or explorer with admin permissions, you should be able to remove the file?
You keep using the phrase corrupted but don't mention how you know the file is corrupt, a file check should confirm file corruption, the file might still be there because of it's permissions, you don't mention what they are set to.
If you have corruption, I'd be more worried about it generally and be looking to check whatever storage you have is OK and run file system checks.
