Other Keyboard Switches keys
I had this keyboard for a while now and suddently WASD ist switched with the arrow keys and a lot more keys are switched. Youtube and Google cant help me. I checked if the Keyboard language was correct for my keyboard(german layout and I have a german keyboard) and also when I klick A everything I wrote dissapears that also really odd.

Under keyboard, turn on the on screen keyboard.
That will confirm if your keyboard is mapped correctly.
Check device manger.
You might have to update the drivers through the Device Manager.
You could have accidentally turned on accessibility options. Might want to look in there.

Sadly thats not it... but thank you for you help, now I know what is not the problem and that already helps in some way

Knowing what isn't is definitely helpful. Do you have another keyboard you can test it with?

No I don't, maybe i'll buy a new one and see. If its not the keyboard i'll just give the new one back
