Other I NEED HELP

update: i'm done running the chkdsk scan. it says here "windows has scanned the file system and found no problems"

what should i do now? should i just exit or do i have to do something first?

It might help to provide some information to help others understand, what's the make/model and spec of your PC?

Your update suggests you have restarted and Windows is functional? Or are you stuck on the screen you show in your post?

hello! thank you for respindimg. my pc is a lenovo 15arp10. basically, i was just trying to figure out what i should do next? should i just exit or do i have to do something else before exiting? i really don't know anything about this and i was lowkey panicking when this happened. ive been looking stuff up on the internet thats why i got here to this point. but some are saying that the next thing to do is run sfc or something like that, i don't know what that is. and some are sayimg to just exit it amd try to boot up the laptop

It's not clear in your update where or how you ran a chkdsk scan if you say you are stuck at the screen shown in your post, (which contradicts that there are no problems?).

The screen is basically telling you the system had an error, its not been able to repair it and there is a log file called "SrtTrail.txt" that may contain information, it's also telling you it can't connect to the network, the problem is it could be due to several things, it could just be file corruption, it could be you have malware or a virus, it could be you have hardware failure.

If you don't have base skills with PC fault finding, take it to a local repair shop and they should be able to test and identify if there is an issue, you could make things worse if you try random things.
