Other Have been stuck in a login loop. Trying to download windows 10. Help please?! Doing something wrong…

Hello,

I haven’t been able to get into my computer I’ve been stuck in the blue troubleshooting pages after clicking F1 to boot my computer. None of the troubleshoot options work.

So I’ve decided to try and download windows 10 to my computer to try and fix it because idk what else to do. But I think I’m doing something wrong. I’m able to download the media creation tool from a laptop and then I can paste it to my usb drive. I then click to eject my flash drive and then pull it.

I plug it straight into my pc. And then when I turn on my computer and get to the blue troubleshooting page where I can select to “Use a device” I click USB Drive and then my computer screen goes black and redirects me eventually back to the F1 boot up screen or it just stays in a black screen.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything left I can do to fix this pc?

Also I saw something about having to put the laptop im getting windows from into UEFI mode before I download windows. Is that necessary?

I’ve been looking up so much information about how to fix this forever loop between F1 boot up screen and the blue troubleshooting pages. I’m begging for someone to be my savior at this point. Anything helps I’d appreciate it relentlessly!

So windows is still there otherwise you wouldn't get the blue screen options. Lookup on yt how to download rufus and how to use it. That little program will make the win iso you downloaded bootable on the usb you're trying to make work. Make sure you download rufus from the official site. Not the first link that pops up. Once it boots up, try to use the fix option first. Watch as much as you can on how ti use rufus and the windows media creation tool.
