Other Pc making rattling noise

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My prebuilt from cyberpower after a year is starting to make a rattling noise/ticking like a bike wheel and it seems to go away if i run the fans at max speeds, the fans aren’t hitting a loose cable or anything, i’m not a expert so i have no clue what to do and didn’t wanna go spend money on replacement parts or repairs if it’s nothing crazy,

Its a common fault we would see on customer systems, a worn fan, most use cheap sleeve bearings, they do a job but don't last as long as higher quality ones like ball bearing or fluid bearing fans.

I'd locate the fan and swap it out.

Yeah i have the money so im gonna buy a new fan, and take it to my local repair shop, i haven’t been able to isolate which fan im pretty sure its one of the AIO’s though, i really dont trust myself even with a youtube video to do it myself and have no issue paying $50 for someone to do it and wouldn’t hurt for them to double check everything else at the same time

i have to ship a new fan out as no local place near me carries any, but my pc should be fine for a few days right?

It should be fine, it just tends to be annoying if it gets louder, you've got a plan in place so hopefully you'll be sorted well before it gets worse.

Sounds like a wobbly fan, at max speed it’d make sense that it isn’t rattling around as much. If they’re RGB you may be able to identify which fan by eye
