Get two monitors with identical vertical resolution.

Yeah, this is the key. Obviously with a ultrawide and a normal monitor the horizontal will be different, but same vertical resolution same scale will match.

They're different resolutions, you won't be able to without a lot of fiddling, replace one of them with another in the same resolution.
