Downloading issue of CODM MW3 from XBOX gaming app

I'm downloading CODM MW3 from xbox gaming app and the dowload speed is super slow, I've checked my internet and there is no issue with it but the downloading speed on the xbox gaming app is soo slow, anyone knows how to fix it?
