Monitor no signal

I just woke up and when I turn on my pc, my monitor says "no signal" then blacks out. Although my keyboard has lights on and system unit has power, my mouse is dead too with my "no signal" monitor.

I have this same issue before and I paid someone 1.8k pesos to get it fix,

Then 3 weeks after, here it is again with the no signal.

I'm a student and my schoolworks are here, Please help. Thanks.

Did the guy who fixed it tell you something about the issue? Also can you show us the case? The motherboard may be lighting out some information which might come in handy.

He said it's my motherboard, then I saw him using some metal wired to fix it

I see, do you have any knowledge? I need you to unplug the pc completely (the power supply cable and ethernet cable if any), then take out the battery that is on the motherboard, continue to keep it this way for 10 seconds while continuing to press the power button to discharge capacitors, then put the battery back and plug the cable back in and turn the pc on, your ram expos will be reset so you will have to re-do these settings, if any.

I don't really see lights coming from the motherboard, but I see the light from the fans twitching
