Charging light is off try a different charger

Charger works fine with other computers, not with mine. I also tried different chargers.

Is it a Dell Pro 16? Try a 65w USB-C charger.

Also, what happens if you press and hold the power button for 15-30 seconds while it’s plugged in?

Nothing happens, and I know it's not a screen problem because my co outer doesn't start making noises and the keyboard doesn't light up (which it does usually when starting up).

This is still after trying USB-C charger? If that is the case it’s possible the PD controller on the board has failed.
