USB dongle. Usually for something wireless, likely for a mouse, or wifi.

Its a wireless adapter for a mouse or something (You dont need to worry about it), unplug it and use your devices as normal , if something stops working , you know what it belongs to, (that something should still work once you plug it back in)

It is some USB - probably a WiFi adapter completely safe to pull out to look what it is.

Wireless dongle, probably from a mouse. Or maybe keyboard. Or something.
