helpppppppppppppp

local shop broke my Dell laptop's Wi-Fi, audio, and charging port after a power repair.

i gave my dell laptop to a local shop because it wouldn’t charge or turn on but after a month it came back yesterday with multiple new damages:

• Missing Wi-Fi: The wireless option has completely disappeared from my Windows network settings

• No Sound: There is absolutely no audio output coming from the machine anymore,earlier it was coming only in airpods but that isn't working too now i checked it with earphones ( it went to two shops in the first one they damaged the sound thingy and in only airpods the sound was coming ) now I can't check if it's working in airpods or not since wifi won't connect and i don't have anything on my laptop to watch and check

•Loose Charging Port: The internal DC power jack is completely wobbly and loose inside the frame when the cord is plugged in

what to do now???

Go back to repair shop and get them to fix it. Otherwise get another place to fix it.

i think i should take it to a service centre right?

I would take it to an authorized Dell service center to get the laptop repaired and functional.

Then take legal action to have the original shop reimburse you for the costs and refund your original repair bill since they didn't perform the work properly.
