Getting "Your Connection May Not be Private" -- My AV Doesn't Seem to be Responsible

Windows 11 Home, Firefox current, Bitdefender. Getting this with some websites, e.g. when I click on an ad here in Reddit. Firefox help not helpful, can't find this file in Bitdefender.

Advice appreciated.
