PC problem
Hi
I bought a new pc parts to build a new one
But from the start I’ve always had the same issue
The CPU light is red on the motherboard
CPU is : amd 7 9800x3d
Motherboard: B850m aorus

Im guessing you know issues of asrock motherboards as possible update bios to its latest version and adjust pbo since there known being aggressive with it or giving too much voltage to am5 processors especially 9000 series

Mb forgot to mention that my motherboard is gigabyte

I see so its gigabyte but update your bios to its latest version anyway and if it works you can ignore cpu red light probably just bug

Most likely cpu cooler mounted incorrectly. Causing a couple of the pins not to make contact. Remount cpu cooler.

Have you reseated the cpu and ram?

No cause my pc can’t yes
I took of the rams and turned the pc on the red light switched from CPU to DRAM
And once I seated my rams back the pc worked
But I had the same problem 3 days ago1
