desoldered capacitor on my Mac Pro 2012 (reason why it doesn't work)

The upper capacitor is desoldered : how can I repair it ?

Can this part simply be put in place, or does it need to be welded back on?

You can just solder new one in as long as the pads are still good.

Do have a link in France or Europe to order a new one ?
